1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SastaOTP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SastaOTP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Description of Service

SastaOTP provides virtual phone number services for SMS verification purposes. Our platform allows users to:

• Purchase temporary virtual phone numbers from 180+ countries
• Receive SMS verification codes for supported services
• Manage account balance and transaction history
• Access our API for programmatic number purchasing

We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee SMS delivery for all services or countries.

3 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated without refund

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use SastaOTP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate SMS verification needs
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Not use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform
• Respect other users' rights and privacy

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using our service for fraud, scams, phishing, or any illegal activity
• Creating fake accounts on third-party platforms
• Bypassing security systems or authentication measures
• Reselling numbers or access without written permission
• Automated abuse, mass registration, or bot usage beyond API limits
• Using our service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our platform

6 Payments & Refunds

• Deposits: All deposits are processed in INR via Cashfree payment gateway. Deposits are non-transferable.
• Charges: You are charged only when an SMS is successfully received. No charge for failed attempts.
• Refunds: Balance refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. See Refund Policy for details.
• Taxes: Prices shown may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Disputes: Contact support within 7 days of a transaction for dispute resolution.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SastaOTP — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of SastaOTP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• 100% SMS delivery success rates
• Availability of numbers for all services or regions
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SASTAOTP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or us
• Involves fraud or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Remaining balance may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
